Deskripsyon

BlueSoftWeb Newsletter turns visitors into subscribers with gorgeous, fully themable signup forms and popups — then lets you keep the list in WordPress and email it, all from one plugin.

Unlike form-only plugins, this is a hybrid: subscribers live in your own database, you compose and send newsletters from WordPress through the delivery driver of your choice, and you can optionally mirror everyone to Mailchimp.

Live popup designer

Design popups in a real-time editor — pick a theme, tweak the accent colour, corner radius, overlay and typeface, edit the copy, and choose a layout. The free plugin includes the Centered modal and Full-screen layouts; Slide-in, Bottom bar and Side drawer are added with Pro. What you design is exactly what visitors see, because everything renders from the same CSS variables.

Three professionally designed themes ship free: Minimal, Gradient and Glass.

Two-layer sending

  • Delivery drivers send your newsletters: WordPress default (PHP mail), SMTP, Resend or Brevo — the admin picks the active one.
  • Sync connectors mirror subscribers to an external audience: Mailchimp is included free.

Free features

  • Unlimited signup forms and popups via shortcode or Gutenberg block
  • Live popup designer with 3 themes and 2 layouts (Modal & Full-screen)
  • Your own subscriber list with lists, search, filtering and CSV export
  • Compose and send newsletter campaigns (batched in the background)
  • Automatic unsubscribe links
  • Four delivery drivers: PHP mail, SMTP, Resend, Brevo
  • Mailchimp sync
  • Honeypot + optional reCAPTCHA / hCaptcha anti-spam
  • GDPR consent checkbox and single opt-in
  • Dashboard with signup stats

Pro features

Pro keeps every subscriber and setting and adds: confirmed double opt-in with consent logging, five premium popup themes, smart triggers (exit-intent, scroll %, timed), automations, segmentation and A/B testing, WooCommerce integration, more sync connectors, open/click analytics, and white-label branding. External services

This plugin does not contact any external service on its own and does not track visitors. Every integration below is OPTIONAL: nothing is sent anywhere unless a site administrator explicitly enables that integration and enters its credentials on the plugin’s Settings screen. By default the plugin sends email with WordPress’ built-in wp_mail() and stores subscribers only in your own WordPress database.

Mailchimp (subscriber sync) — optional
If you enable “Mailchimp sync” and enter your Mailchimp API key and Audience (List) ID, the plugin sends a new subscriber’s email address, name and status to Mailchimp each time someone subscribes, so the contact is mirrored into your Mailchimp audience. Nothing is sent until you enable it.
Service by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.). Terms: https://mailchimp.com/legal/terms/ — Privacy: https://www.intuit.com/privacy/statement/

Resend (email delivery) — optional
If you choose “Resend” as the delivery driver and enter a Resend API key, the plugin sends your newsletter/transactional email (recipient address, subject and message body) to Resend’s API so Resend can deliver it. Used only while Resend is the selected driver.
Service by Resend. Terms: https://resend.com/legal/terms-of-service — Privacy: https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy

Brevo (email delivery) — optional
If you choose “Brevo” as the delivery driver and enter a Brevo API key, the plugin sends your email (recipient address, sender, subject and message body) to Brevo’s API for delivery. Used only while Brevo is the selected driver.
Service by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS). Terms: https://www.brevo.com/legal/termsofuse/ — Privacy: https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/

Google reCAPTCHA (anti-spam) — optional
If you set the anti-spam challenge to “reCAPTCHA” and enter your reCAPTCHA keys, the plugin sends the reCAPTCHA response token and the visitor’s IP address to Google to verify a form submission is not automated. Used only on submission of a form that has reCAPTCHA enabled.
Service by Google. Terms: https://policies.google.com/terms — Privacy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

hCaptcha (anti-spam) — optional
If you set the anti-spam challenge to “hCaptcha” and enter your hCaptcha keys, the plugin sends the hCaptcha response token and the visitor’s IP address to hCaptcha to verify a form submission is not automated. Used only on submission of a form that has hCaptcha enabled.
Service by hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.). Terms: https://www.hcaptcha.com/terms — Privacy: https://www.hcaptcha.com/privacy
