Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/view-user-metadata` directory. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress. 3. Couple things about that: It’s extremely non- obtrusive, and not-annoying. In fact, it’s right where it’s supposed to be. If you’re looking at that line in the screen, you probably need help with that plugin. It’s real estate the plugin owns. HOWEVER, the user has to see it every time they look at plugins.php. That’s a great idea from a plugin developer pov. It’s unobtrusive, and you HAVE to see it all the time. Anyway, I’m stealing that idea.
