Deskripsyon
This shortcode just put the forms tags () and some hidden fields to send this information on a email.
Between the shortcode tags [tua-forma][/tua-forma] feeling free to put a HTML5 forms and don’t forget the “submit” button.
This plugin do not validate yours fields, you need used the HTML5 tag to validate the form fields.
