Simple addon that enables you to add online subjects and display them for your gravity form.
Screenshots are provided to guide you in adding the different classes for your form.

- Displays table for subjects added with a specific price at certain hours.
- Displays list of added subjects.
- Computes the total price for the added subjects with their respective prices per hour.

Requirements
- PHP 5.4 or higher
- WordPress 4.8 or higher
Pag-install
- Search and install from your wordpress dashboard -> plugins page
or manually download and extract folder to your plugins directory(wp-content/plugins/) - Activate plugin Subject Registration Addon
- Go to your wordpress dashboard -> Settings -> Subject Registration Addon
