Orimon Chatbot is a plugin that allows you to easily integrate the Orimon chatbot into your WordPress site. The Orimon chatbot service has been very thoughtfully designed. As I write this, it’s still relatively new, and they are continually developing the features. I rely on their tech support, which is responsive and friendly. I’ve got it active on my site now, and it’s answering questions, collecting leads, and fully integrated with my email marketing suite to deliver lead magnets. The “personality” of the bot is very nice as well. You can train it with your data, tweak the responses, and set a custom personality. I’m quite impressed overall.
