- Search for IPLocationTools
- Select Install
- Select Install Now
- Select Activate Plugin

- Drag IPLocationTools to sidebar

- Upload the entire IPLocationTools/ directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
- Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
