From your WordPress dashboard of your website:
- Go to ‘Plugins > Add New’,
- Search for ‘Fay Chat’ and install the plugin,
- Activate ‘Fay Chat’ from your Plugins page.
From WordPress.org (Manual installation):
- Download ‘Fay Chat’.
- Upload the ‘Fay Chat’ directory to your ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory, using your favorite method (FTP, sFTP, SCP, etc.).
- Activate ‘Fay Chat’ from your Plugins page.
Once the plugin is activated you will find the options to add an agent to WhatsApp chat: Fay Chat-> Add Agent.

Yes, Fay Chat doesn’t save any personal data and doesn’t use cookies.
