### Data Transmission

To enable the customer service widget functionality, this plugin sends the following
basic site information to Cheerlink’s servers:

 * Site ID (for service identification)
 * appId (for service configuration)
 * Site URL (to enable widget functionality)
 * Site language (for localization)
 * WordPress version (for compatibility)
 * Site name (displayed in the customer service interface)
 * Admin email (for account management and notifications)

This data is transmitted to Cheerlink’s API (https://api.cheerlink.app) for the 
following purposes:

Sending important service notifications and updates

## Pag-install

 1. Log into your WordPress admin dashboard.
 2. Go to “Plugins” using the sidebar on the left.
 3. Click “Add New” and search “Cheerlink” in the search bar.
 4. Install the plugin and activate it.
 5. The Cheerlink AI Chat icon will appear on the left sidebar of your WP admin panel.

After activating the plugin, follow the prompts on the settings page to open a new
browser tab for initial configuration, complete simple configuration and account
registration, refresh your WordPress, and you can see the widget!

### What is Cheerlink?

In short, Cheerlink is a customer service tool that can help you make money by increasing
conversion.

### What is a Conversation?

Conversation is any live chat, email or social media channel conversation. A visitor,
operator or an automated campaign may initiate a conversation.

### Can I send live chat messages?

Yes. You can engage your website visitors through the live chat widget.

### What is an Ama AI Chatbot Conversation and how does it work to handle customer inquiries?

Ama AI is a chatbot for solving your customers problems in an instant. You can write
down any additional content that you want to include in Ama AI answers. We will 
also fetch the relevant data (product information, FAQs, etc.) from your store shop
or website after getting your authorization. And then Ama AI will generate answers
using the content of your choice, such as video recommendations, product introductions,
FAQs.

Ama uses the website’s data to learn and respond to customer inquiries, handling
up to 90% of issues autonomously.

### If an AI gives a wrong answer, is there a way to re-retain it?

Yes. You can write instructions in additional prompts. Also you can adjust answers
in “inbox” section.

### Are there any limits to how much docs, pdfs, text that we can use to train the chatbot?

Currently we don’t have a limit. You can upload as many resources as you want.

### There is email forwarding. Does this mean I can forward emails to my support email service (e.g., if the ai doesn’t know the answer, it’ll forward answers to support@mycompany.com)?

The AI will notify humans if it doesn’t know the answer. Email forwarding means,
if someone send you an email to support@mycompany.com, you can also see and reply
to the email inside the Cheerlink inbox.

### Is there a mobile app I can use to reply to conversations via the chatbot?

Yes, of course. We will also send you a link to our recently-developed native app,
with better performance and UX.

### Can I collect first name in addition to the email address?

Yes. You can configure what to capture in Widget-Conversation-Pre-chat form

### What exactly is “AI Sales Copilot views” and how is it distinctive?

AI sales copilot means that AI will automatically reach out to your customers (see“
proactive abilities”) when they land on your product page, when the add a product
to cart and when they abandon a product in cart.

### How does the free trial work?

During the free 14-day trial, you can test all Cheerlink features and plans and 
see how to improve customer service and accelerate sales. You don’t need to provide
us with your credit card information to access the free trial.
 At the end of the
trial, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan unless you
upgrade your subscription to a paid option. It means that you can use the full feature
set of any Customer Service, Ama AI Chatbot, Campaigns or Email Marketing within
your first 14 days with Cheerlink.

### Will Cheerlink slow down my website?

No. Cheerlink is optimized for speed and SEO-friendly.
