If you have pretty permalinks enabled, visit yourdomain.com/forums, or if you do not have pretty permalinks enabled, visit yourdomain.com?post_type=forum

Unzip the downloaded zip file.
Upload banner-generator-for-woocommerce folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
