Send the customer an SMS when they place the order, and also when the order status change.
This will ensure that the customer is always up to speed and happy with the communication.
With this plugin, you can even send a custom SMS, if you need to notify the customer about something specific for an order.
You simply download this plugin free via your website backend and then you purchase the SMS credit via www.togidata.dk/optank-sms-til-woocommerce at great rates.
You can then refill your SMS credit as you go and as needed.
This plugin is at the moment only for Danish phone numbers.
